README -- describes contents of CH4_201305/wetlands

NOTE: To get the GEOS-Chem methane simulation to work with MERRA,
we have just symbolically linked files with "merra" in the filename
to the corresponding files with "geos5" in the filename.  MERRA and GEOS-5
share the same vertical grid.
