	-- Binary punch files containing P(Ox) and L(Ox) for each day
	   of 2003, saved from the GEOS-4 1-yr fullchem benchmark 
	   simulation.  These rate.* files are needed for the offline
	   Tagged Ox code.

	       code requires netCDF input) which compares the
	       model results to observed data
