Overview:

This directory contains the annual and monthly mean oceanic exchange data from
Takahashi et al. (2009) which have been scaled with atmospheric data for 2000-
2013 as described in that paper. These are used for the GEOS-Chem CO2 
simulation.

Ray Nassar provided the original files.
Bob Yantosca edited the files for better COARDS compliance.
