Overview:

This directory contains Hg emissions from artisanal mining, which are
required by by the GEOS-Chem mercury simulation.

artisanal.geos.4x5.nc

 -- Mercury from artisanal mining inventory documented in Selin et al (2008).
    This is not used when running with the GCAP and GEIA 2005 emission
    inventories as artisanal mining is already included.

    Original data file: GEOS_4x5/mercury_201007/artisinal.bpch
    Converted to COARDS-compliant netCDF by Christoph Keller.

    Resolution : GEOS-Chem 4 x 5 grid (72 x 46 boxes)
    Units      : 1 (aka "unitless")
    Timestamp  : 1985/01/01
