Files: =============================================================================== These files contain the distribution of Hg in soils (EHg0_dist). See the explanation in Selin et al., GBC 2008 or the GEOS-Chem Hg wiki. EHg0_dist is a dimensionless spatial scaling factor that distributes the soil Hg content according to deposition. * Files marked "presentday" also account for the global anthropogenic enrichment in the present day. * Files marked "preind" are for the preindustrial period (no anthropogenic enrichment). * "Origin" denotes the prior binary punch file that was used prior to HEMCO.
