The ExtData component in GCHP requires tile files for conservative regridding
between lat/lon and cubed sphere grids.

Tile files in this directory were either acquired from GMAO or generated
using a modified version of open-source software TempestRemap created by
Paul Ullrich and Matlab utility library CSGrid created at Harvard.
