This directory contains netCDF restart files that can be used to initialize
GEOS-Chem simulations.

REMARKS:

These files are the same as the files in v2018-11, except that dates have
been changed to 2019-07-01 or 2019-01-01.  This is so that HEMCO will
read the concentrations properly and not use default background concentrations.

The TOMAS files were provided by Jeff Pierce.  These have likewise been
changed to 2019-07-01.

The CH4 restart file was provided by Zhen Qu.
