README -- Describes contents of HEMCO/POET/v2017-03 28 Mar 2017 GEOS-Chem Support Team geos-chem-support@g.harvard.edu Overview: =============================================================================== This directory contains data for POET EOH emissions used in GEOS-Chem full-chemistry simulations. Files: =============================================================================== POET_EOH.geos.2x25.nc : Anthropogenic emissions of ethanol from the POET inventory (Olivier et al., 2003; Granier et al., 2005). POET provides unspeciated emission estimates for >C1 aldehydes and alcohols, and we assume that acetaldehyde and ethanol account for 75% of these respective categories. Resolution : GEOS-Chem 2 x 2.5 grid (144 x 91) Units : kgC/m2/s Timestamp : 1985-01-01 Compression : Level 1 (e.g. nccopy -d1) References: =============================================================================== (1) Millet, D.B., A.
